Makes: 2 glasses
Ingredients
3 limes
60ml condensed milk
1. subLIME!
First gather your 3 limes. We’ll actually only be needing two and a half for this recipe, so save one of the halves for something else delicious . Cut the remaining limes into eights.

Throw your remaining 20 eights into a blender, a little more gently than Phil Wang on Taskmaster

Along with the limes, add in your 60ml of condensed milk and 500ml of water into a blender read to izzy whizzy let’s get busy.

Pulse the mixture for 15 seconds only! Any more, and the mixture will become bitter. Once blended pour this through a cheesecloth or very fine strainer.

Serve over ice, you can use some of your remaining lime half for garnish. You may want to add more water if it’s too limey, or more condensed milk if it’s not sweet enough
Dink and drink!

Food for Thought

Lizzy says: “This was such an easy, quick and satisfying drink to have. Sometimes in summer heat thin liquids do not hit the spot, but this thiccy really hydrated. If I were to describe the flavour: it was a lot like a virgin pina colada. I think there could be more depth to the drink, like a sugar rim on the glass, but I will have to make it again to work out exactly what the extra zip it needs is 9/10″
Kate says: “Even though there was no heatwave in Germany when we made this, this was a heavenly drink to have even on a warm day. It really is the best combination of factors, the creamyness of piña colada with the zingyness of a mojito but even better because there’s no alcohol! Given how easy this is, and the fact I found condensed milk in a tube I can see myself making this all summer long 10/10″
